27 – 30 September 2026 · Zanzibar & Arusha
Tanzania's tourism
trade, face to face.
Two cities, one curated roadshow. ATPSA brings vetted Tanzanian exhibitors and international buyers into a room built for exactly one purpose — pre-scheduled meetings that turn into contracts.
The itinerary
One roadshow, two very different rooms.
Zanzibar opens the roadshow on the coast, where beach and heritage-tourism buyers meet DMCs and resort groups. Three days later, Arusha closes it in the safari gateway — built for tour operators sourcing northern-circuit itineraries.
Coast & Heritage
Zanzibar Convention Centre, Sunday 27 September — an all-day floor of pre-scheduled meetings, opening with a welcome reception the evening before.
- Beach resorts & boutique hotels
- Stone Town heritage operators
- Inter-island transfer & charter DMCs
Safari & Northern Circuit
Gran Meliá Arusha, Wednesday 30 September — the roadshow's closing leg, timed for buyers routing on to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
- Safari lodges & mobile camps
- Ground-handling DMCs
- Northern-circuit park specialists
Tourism Boards
National and regional tourism boards attend both legs — hosting delegation meetings and briefing buyers on destination-level investment.
- Bilateral delegation meetings
- Destination briefings
- Investment & policy sessions
Who's in the room
Three roles. Every meeting matters.
ATPSA vets every applicant before the floor opens — so when you sit down across from someone, they're already qualified to do business with you.
Buyers
Tour operators and travel wholesalers sourcing new Tanzanian product, matched only to exhibitors relevant to their market.
Exhibitors
A dedicated table for each roadshow day, held for you alone — no shared booths, no competing for a buyer's attention.
Tourism Boards
Convene bilateral meetings and brief buyers directly — without running your own parallel event.
Every meeting, pre-scheduled
Your itinerary arrives before you land. No cold walking the floor — every 20-minute slot is booked in advance.
Why apply
Built for outcomes, not foot traffic.
ATPSA caps attendance by design. A smaller, correctly-matched room outperforms a crowded hall every time.
Category-aware requests
Buyers can only request exhibitors relevant to their category — no generic mass outreach, no wasted 20-minute slots.
One table, held for you
Exhibitors are assigned a fixed table for the day. Buyers come to you — you never chase a booth number across the floor.
A record that outlives the event
Every accepted meeting, message and outcome is logged — so following up in October is as easy as it was in September.
